The Home2 Suites Smithfield Providence is a nice hotel with affordable prices. The rooms are spacious and have useful amenities like kitchen appliances. However, there were some issues with the showe (Read More)r head and a difficult-to-operate pocket door in one of the bathrooms. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is well-maintained and in a convenient location. The only major complaint was a dirty and poorly maintained pool. Overall, it is a beautiful hotel with comfortable rooms, but the pool needs improvement.

Great place and value. Maybe I had a bun room but who knows?

Rooms were big and had great amenities.

Water pressure was terrible in the shower. Sink took forever to drain.

Unsatisfactory

Location was very convenient

We had ants in our room and informed staff who did absolutely nothing about it. Never sent housekeeping or checked back in with us. Front desk worker never approached members of our party to quiet down, just called the police instead.

Stay left me very impressed, provided the perfect opportunity to be in close proximity to my event.

Breakfast was not amazing but got the job done and left me satisfied, was located close to Bryant University where I had to attend an event.

Honestly, everything about the room and hotel was perfect. Only thing was maybe an upgrade on the breakfast but that is really reaching for something.

The room is clean and well-equipped, including microwave, dishwasher, plates, glasses, knives and forks, so it is a good choice for families. In addition, the breakfast is better than other express hotels. I generally was satisfied with the hotel if there was not double billing.

The staff is careless. I have prepaid for the room, but she made the payment once again when I checked out. I didn't realized this until I checked the bill of my credit card. Then I contacted the Hilton Service and requested them to refund, they asked me to submit many files to verify the truth. After submitting files, they acknowledged the double billing and want to refund to me, but they say they can't directly refund the money to my credit card and they only can mail the cheque to me. Oh, my god, I still didn't receive the cheque until now, I don't know how long I still need to wait? If the process of returning money has some other problem, I will have to contact with them. It is so troublesome and tortured. And If I didn't check the bill of my credit card, my money would be gone. The management is not as good as I expect.

friendly, attentive staff. very nice facilities and super clean

Minimal but acceptable breakfast selections

Regular coffee not available first 2 days of stay; hot H2O for tea not the least bit hot but barely warm. no facilities or containers to discard cigarette butts
