They were disappointed that the pool was closed on their first visit but enjoyed it on subsequent visits. The rooms were clean and equipped with a microwave and refrigerator. The hotel has a fire pit and a good breakfast selection. Overall, the hotel was recommended with some minor issues.

It was not a good experience.

Modern hotel

Confusion over the room. I was booked for two rooms which took a while to clear this confusion. I could not get a clear answer as to why this way. When I went to the room it was incorrect. I had to go back to the front desk and work this out. Also, why not a free breakfast? Hyatt does this. The prices for breakfast in the lobby were too expensive.

It was clean and quiet.

I had an issue with canceling one of the rooms we had booked. I asked for a room with handicap accessibility and a sofa bed when I spoke with a representative on the phone and was told I was all set. However, when we arrived we were sent to a room with one king bed for the four of us. Then I was told that handicap accessible rooms dont have sofa beds.

Great stay! Looking forward to coming back to the Courtyard in Lincoln RI.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Maria was wonderful and easily gave us what we needed since we didnt request daily room service. We liked dealing with her.

Our only complaint was the doors slamming. I woke up around 4 am hearing two different doors slamming in the hallway. There should b a way to prevent these doors from slammingmuch too noisy.

The bed was comfortable.

Hotel desk staff very helpful. Bistro bar staff were helpful.

Bistro bar was basically a very expensive Starbucks. Housekeeping didnt come in as often as expected. There was no bottle opener in the room, so if I wanted a beer, I had to go down to the desk to get the beer opened or borrow an opener.
