Not bad for one night

Cleaning not bad for one night

The lady is working at the reception desk was not up to the job, we arrived and ask her if there is any availability and she said yes the after about 30 mins of trying to get a room she told us there is a problem with the system so we have to book the room online we did that and after 15 mins of waiting she told us our reservation just showed up and we have top pay 150 $ I told her I already paid that amount through the website and she checked again and told us that booking.com only paid them 112 and we have to pay 38 to have the room plus 10 as a security deposit after long argument I did pay that to get our room after a long drive , I called booking.com and they told me that they received the money and they will talk to the manager, after calling the manager they returned the money back.

Better than expected. Loved the large tvs the fire pits, the pet friendly stay

The 2 cozy fire pit areas were very nice and the gym and pool were to our surprise. The staff were all very helpful and welcoming.

We werent offered any water bottles and it wouldve been nice to maybe have a few in the refrigerator in the room. I was dehydrated the entire first night

Nothing! The room was dirty there was blood on sheets we got there at 3am and the cleaning staff was still knocking the door at 10am when the front desk staff said i get late check out because i just got to the hotel!

staff communicate better. some non pork items for breakfast
