The staff and location was good

Hope the pictures of the property showed it had a hot tub but when we arrived to the facility there wasnt a hot tub so was disappointed about that

Always clean, great location.

The hot breakfast was not up to its usual standards. We stayed 7 days , mostly had egg fold overs, potato, and sausage. no biscuits and gravy, bacon only once- I got the crumbles, and ran out of those wonderful cinnamon rolls. There was a problem with the coffee creamer cups. They curdled. Told there it was a new batch in, she pulled all and got new ones. Great. The next day they curdled again.

Really great motel to stay at

The motel was beautiful and clean and rooms and beds were great!Breakfast was wonderful.Overall stay was good!

Someone did walk in on me while I was in my room changing without knocking or announcing they were entering for any specific reason. Toilet also was running and had issues flushing.

We liked the fact that even though pet friendly the room was clean and didnt smell. Another Holiday Inn Express in Amarillo was very smelly.

We had to wait a few minutes to get our room key but worker apologized and was friendly.

Cleanliness , customer service was excellent, greeted you with a warm smile and answered any questions I had. Room was very clean, bathroom was very clean, didn't smell. Beds were so comfortable.

Swimming pool temperature was very cold
