Easy checkin, friendly staff, clean rooms. Good variety for breakfast.

No information on local delivery places available and high prices (for convenience, I'm sure) for frozen and shelf stable dinner options.

Convenient, clean, hi-value accommodations

I rated this suite hotel for its high value. Clean, spacious rooms, excellent hot/cold breakfast provided, very satisfactory usual amenities (exercise area, last minute snacks/needs items for sale, nice breakfast seating area, cordial staff). Location and 10-minute airport shuttle a Big plus. Hilton app for room unlock worked great

The value for the money is there- but came with gotchas outside of their control. Got stuck in malfunctioning elevator/fire dept quickly came, happened several times so we resorted to stairs 100% of time (handicap access for others became an issue). Noise from adjacent rooms above and adjacent at 430am disturbed sleep (heavy pacing? Singing?) luckily not all 3 nites of stay. Biggest complaint was checkin process and Hilton customer service. Email 24 hrs before encouraged online checkin (just like airline email). Attempts errored out. 2 calls and an hour later, all I got were cut/pastes from 2 CS reps who clearly did not know what was wrong. They didnt tell you (nor did the inviting email) that (a) you have to download the Hilton app AND have a Hilton login AND be logged in, and (b) you cant checkin u til 300pm of the arrival day (makes sense in hindsight, what if the room is still occupied the day efore). All of this could be fixed with a much clearer email and CS training

Great Hotel to stay at with a family when you fly in at Denver Airport

I loved how spacious the room was with a kitchenette. The beds were very comfortable. Woman at front desk was excellent. Food places nearby for convenience The breakfast was amazing to be included in the price and this will make me brand loyal to this hotel.

There was no hot tub and the pool was very cold.

The room was very big and we had a lot of room. The kitchen was an surprise for us but it was so nice to have! Bed was comfy and everything was just perfect!
