I can only recommend it!

Where to begin? The location is excellent. It's near to the main bus station so getting to the airport (in our case) was very easy. Big TESCO is also at the same place so you don't have to worry about food. Weston is quite small so everywhere you want to get you can easily walk and you're there in a few minutes. The accommodation itself and the host were also amazing. The day of our arrival I got a message that we were upgraded to a more superior room with more space (perfect!). The self-check-in was easy and quick. The room was spacious, clean, and very cozy. There was a little fridge with fizzy drinks and water bottles inside, a kettle with tea, coffee, and milk. In case you run out of something, you can help yourself in the common room (there is also a microwave). We also had an electric heater in the room in case you're cold, which I also find great. When I go to Weston-super-mare next time, I will book the Holly Lodge again. Just a little recommendation for other travelers: If you go to Weston in November and you are not from northern Europe, pack yourself some warm socks and a scarf :D

The room was a little bit humid. But I know it's like this in all British houses due to the climate. It's the same in my friend's apartment. You have to air the room frequently because of the condensed water on the windows. Otherwise, I didn't have any problem.

Clean, tidy, Spacious. Lovely smell as I entered the property which is very important for me.

10 minute walk into town Free parking Mini fridge very useful and plenty of tea /coffee loved the room downstairs with microwave and plates to take upstairs if you ate in your room. Also good to sit in. would stay there again

Nice and clean, smelled lovely. Newly decorated room and bathroom. Bottled water, teas, coffees and biscuits were a bonus.

Noisy heating system, radiator and pipes made constant noise all night. Fine if you don't mind background noise but I'm used to silence at night so didn't sleep well. I turned the radiator off in my room as it was already unbearably hot but made no difference to noise or heat. Past reviews have already mentioned this but seems to fall on deaf ears. Also had problems with nearby guests watching TV loudly late at night and got woken up by middle of the night check ins and guests talking loudly outside my door/ running up and down the stairs. There is also no breakfast included which I didn't see until I had booked. I'd prefer to pay 20 pounds more for better quality sleep to be honest.
