Horrible experience for Christmas

Location was great was only plus

Took 1.5 hr to check in Key cards wouldnt work 3 times for had to broken into to change batteries Door would not close from the outside so couldnt leave room Staff very rude Room was filthy disgusting with drug paraphernalia scattered broken glass, razors, baggie and ashes Kitchen wasnt clean

The beach view

The room had dirt and hair in the bathroom. Didn't have enough towels and wash cloths. The beds only had sheets on them. When leaving the room I only asked if they would sweep the floor and put more towels in the room. That didn't happen, I had to go to the front desk get a broom and sweep my own room. The room had more dirt than the elevator. I ask for a refund for the resort fee. I was told they would notify the manager to give me a call that never happened. Besides that a dog barked all night. I will never ever stay there again and would not recommend it to anyone.

NOT WHAT I PLANNED FOR A 9 HOUR TRIP FOR MY LADY BIRTHDAY

The location was pretty decent close to wherever you may needed to go to.

1st let's start with when i got there to check in, checking in went smoothly until when we open our room out was already occupied with a couple who were about to God knows what, so we closed the door go and inform front desk just to be told it'll be about a hour for another room so we leave explore the city a bit get a phone call about 2 hours later go to front desk get the key for our new room we goes to that room unlock the door opens it and what do we see another person in that room. Once again we goes to front desk to inform them that it's occupied. They sent us next door to another building after she checked us in i asked can she note to the manager that i would like to see him or her in the morning because the fact I booked a king suite Gulf view and we had to get a 2 queen bed standard room which didn't happen didn't even get to speak to a manager not a genuine apology nor discount for inconvenience. Asked housekeeping for new washcloths and towels and toiletries was told she'll bring them because they didn't come to our room she never showed back so my lady went to front desk to get them. Then at check out time there was nobody at the desk to the building we were moved too. We waited 25 minutes+ after we packed and sat in the car to fully check out went to the original building and just return the keys and told them we're leaving because nobody showed at the other building.

Exceptional

The location was wonderful amd the view from my balcony was amazing.

Waited 2 hrs to get checked in along with others. Need more help with housekeeping to get paying customers into there rooms. Never could get extra wash cloths.

Location is great beach front

1.5 hrs to get checked in on Christmas Eve. Finally receive keys they didnt work after being keyed twice maintenance had to break into the room replace batteries. Ok but then the door would NOT close and lock from the outside so could not leave room unattended. Floors were filthy and covered with paraphernalia of drug use. Broken glass, razors and even empty drug baggie. When I approached customer service about my door I was rudely snapped at with a LISTEN! Oh hell no you listen here I will be sharing my experience with social media around the world. You ruined my Christmas holiday vacation and treat me like I am in the wrong for simply trying to make you aware of the situation. Hellllll no! Your employees are the some of rudest Ive ever met.
