Despite ongoing construction, the Chateau Beachfront Resort provided a great experience. The clean and spacious 2 queen bed suite offered a fabulous beach view. The staff was friendly, courteous, and (Read More) helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate guests. Although there is no elevator, the newly remodeled room and convenient location near various attractions made up for it. Overall, it offers good value for the price and the new ownership has improved the hotel.

Very poor

Disappointed considering I've stayed at many Best Western facilities and this was the worst one.

It was right on the beach. The bed was comfortable. The air worked well.

There was sand still on the floor, no phone in the room to call the front desk for issues even though there is a sign to call ext 500 for assistance, there was hair in the tub. We were put in a room that had a tub only with no shower. I have never had to request a shower in my room. I was traveling with my elderly mother who was unable to take a shower. She cannot get in and out of a tub. and my request to change rooms was not possible. My reservation stated I would have a balcony room, but ended up on the 1st floor with a patio. No elevators was an inconvenience also for my elderly mother. Although our room was on the ground floor, the parking lot/office was on the 3rd floor so we had to go up and down 2 flights of stairs.

Exceptional

The location was excellent, the value for money was high, there was no breakfast, the housekeeping was not the best due the remodeling. Overall, the hotel was fantastic, with the best location and the best prices.

It was a good stay

It was quiet and the view of the beach was beautiful.

Not enough light outside to find our room. We had to use our flashlight on the phone.

Very good

Great value for the money! Would stay again.

The staff was very nice and the rooms were well laid out. The sheets had some stains but the rooms were pretty clean otherwise.

Sheets and walls were kind of stained.

Exceptional

It was a all around great stay and I will be back in 2024.

The view of Panama Citys beach, the surrounding food options, and how close I was to frank brown park for the tournament I played in.

How there was only one smoking area I felt like there should have been one at each end for the people that stand on the far side.

Passable

Very nice and cozy good location and good amenities

Location was great facilities were clean

Hair dryer didnt work and we booked a room with two queen beds and a pullout couch when we got there there was no such room with these accommodations and they tried to put us in a one king bed with a pullout couch which wasnt doable for us.
