Airport shuttle and bed was comfortable

Shower water temperature was extremely hot by default. Front desk staff could be friendlier.

You should insure that they have handicap rails in the bathroom for assistance for people who have trouble moving and the room was cold thru out stay

The stay was fine but the Parking policy makes 0 sense

This is a nice hotel. The rooms are nice.

I did not like the fact that I payed $100+ for this hotel and then had to pay for a spot to park at the hotel. Why am I paying $100+ a night just to turn around and have to pay for parking at a hotel Im staying at? That should be included in the price of the ONE NIGHT STAY FOR $100+. That didnt make any sense.

When we were taking day trips to othercparts of the state. We tried not to be at the hotel or vicinity as much as possible to make the best of our trip.

The area , having to pay for parking as a paying guest. The coffe in the room was poor. One microwave for the floor to share. The hot tub was warm at best and the jests did not work, that was a feature that would have been nice to be able to use to help with pain from a medical condition. The staff at the front desk had an it is what it is mentality. The bathroom had no exhaust vents. The same debris was on the floor in the stair well our whole stay, meaning housekeeping stuck to room upkeep.

It was good, quiet, a bit inconvenient but ok

Location and value

My mom is handicapped and we need shower not tub in room. There were no accessible rooms with two queen size beds. There were 3 in our group. Then on the last night, the tv died. Called front desk and they came up and informed me tv dead that we needed to switch rooms. We couldnt, just pick up after 2 nights and take all our stuff to another room.
