Very clean

Too much chlorine in the pool and hot tub. The chemicals were too strong. The chlorine left a white powder substance on our swimming suits. Evening staff was very short. The only time they were pleasant was when they said the pool was closing in 5 minutes and we got out right away. The overnight and morning staff were very nice.

Great location for our stay visiting family.

Very quiet room. Breakfast was exceptionally good! Nice pool, too!

Would prefer a more comfortable chair in the room to relax ( something with arms).

Disappointing

AC stopped working both nights. After letting staff know and waiting a few hours, I reset the unit myself. When maintenance stopped by, he said the compressor was going out. It was blowing cold air for about 3 hours before going again. My husband bought a fan to help circulate the air with the windows cracked. There was no ventilation in the bathroom, which didn't help with the hot room after a shower. We had to hang out in friends and family's rooms to avoid getting too hot before the wedding.

Nice but noisy

Very comfortable and spacious room. Bed and pillows were great.

Interstate traffic noise made for a long night. Also people talking in adjoining room was quite loud. More soundproofing would have been welcomed.

Very good

Overall this hotel was great and very spacious. We will definitely come back next year

The room was bigger than what I imagined. Hotel rooms tend to feel crowded with 6 people but not this hotel room. Breakfast was pretty good with a wide variety of food. We didn't use/need it but I liked how there was a mini store with drinks and snacks in the lobby to purchase.

The hotel looked like it was undergoing some renovation. Our bathroom was big but the door wouldn't close all the way and the handle was lose so it was hard to pull shut. The elevator had broken tiles in it and the pool ladder was loose and wobbly
