Loved the open bible and greeting from the owners. Very comfortable.

The drain in the tub was slow. One of the sinks the stopper was stuck. Just minor problem.

My new favorite place to stay in Branson!!

Breakfast was very good... Traditional hotel breakfast... The bed was excellent! Better then mine at home. The pillows were excellent as well. Really appreciated extra trash can liners (we're not very high maintenance and can change out the trash bag when needed). They provided 2 rolls of TP. (Stayed 6 nights). The Jacuzzi in the suite was awesome! Loved the size of the room! Exceeded my needs! There is a separate area for your snacks-close to the microwave and refrigerator. Really loved the cool blinds-excellent at room darkening!

I like that the staff was easy to interact with and very accommodating. I also like that they have a great breakfast! Room was very clean and bed was comfortable!

Wont be going back to this property

No counter space in bathroom, no where to hang clothes, had to keep a clothes cart in room, they put us in an ADA room. Light in bathroom was terrible for a woman who has to put on makeup

Disappointing

Great location needs updated furniture and supervision of maid service.

Parking , Breakfast

The room furniture was very uncomfortable couch and chair was completely broken down we were there for four days and the jacuzzi tub and the bath tub was never cleaned and the floor was never vacuumed. One day the room was never touched , we had to go to the desk to get clean towels and trash bags when we got back in the evening. Also the room phones werent working. We have stayed at other Holiday Inn Express and have always been very satisfied.
