Very good

There was a problem with my room and maid service. I emailed the manager about my concerns. The manager Tammy provided EXCELLENT and fast response. She discounted the amount for my stay . I was impressed with her customer service This is my go to Home away from home in Mamelle.

Rooms should be checked before renting.

Convenient to Little Rock.

Darkening shades were missing and no maintenance was on duty until the next day. We had a street light outside our window shining in our room all night. We tried duct taping a blanket over the window which did not work. Problem was addressed next day.

Breakfast was good. Location was good.

Our room (255) did not have room darkening shades and a street light shining in our room. Check in hostess stated she didnt know and she gave us packing tape and blankets to block out light which didnt work. Sleepless night. Told no other room available.

Very good

It was a nice hotel. I enjoyed the stay and a great place for the night.

My only complaint would be that we had to pay for a completely other room because we had 3 small dogs. I understand the policy but was just thrown off by it. Just keep that in mind when staying there.

Discomfort and unfavorable place. Will never book a room here again.

Other than the place it is located at there wasnt' anything specific that we like about the Inn. My children loved the breakfast which is another exception.

Receptionist were abrupt at arrival and departure Elevators floors were dirty. They did not provide water. Vending machines were the only options. Sheets were smelling in the room. Room was dark

Pleasant

Easy to miss entrance to hotel. However, the suite was a nice size.

4th floor had terrible smell. Furniture was heavily stained. Food condiments left uncovered after breakfast.

Would stay again, but not by the pool.

Location was perfect, Breakfast was very good. Room was clean.

Our room was right across from the swimming pool and it was full of kids both days. There were several families there for baseball and/or soccer tournaments so the hallway was quite noisy. They should have place a family with kids in our room and put us in a different area.
