Superb

We love the location and have stayed there many times. The queen beds are very comfortable.

Very clean, and the staff were wonderful.

The king bed wasnt very comfortable. Had to move rooms because the remote to the television didnt work. Also, there was poop in the pool.

Location is good for where I needed to be, just outside of maumelle. Morning breakfast is normal what other hotels offer. Did like they had a conference room at hotel, main reason I was there. We had a private event.

Air conditioner was loud and didn't seem to cool very well. With our group of travelers in other rooms. They had the same comment. Seemed like front staff wasn't at front desk a lot of the time. Had to wait a while to make a purchase. Probably stay at another hotel next time.

Superb

It was a welcoming stay.

The hotel was clean and the African American young lady at the front desk was super helpful and nice.

I wasnt a fan of the price differential.

So frustrating

Beds were super comfy + the room was huge!

The splash pad in the pool area was closed. We specifically went here because of the splash pad and paid more than other hotels around so our daughter who is autistic & can't stand the feel of a floaty (tightness) could enjoy water play. SO disappointing. Plus the pool had globs of hair in it

The initial check in was uncomfortable. The guy seemed upset that I requested to see the room first before completing the reservation. After we were able to get past this moment everything was great and all other staff members were awesome. I will definitely use this hotel again when I visit my grand kids.

Nice hotel, just needs some slight changes made to the breakfast.

Conveniently located off of the highway and close to stores and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and incredibly helpful. Our room was very nice and spacious!

The continental breakfast was not great. My entire family complained about it. The juice was watered down and the eggs tasted funny. The biscuits were hard and difficult to eat. The fact that breakfast didnt start until 7 on the weekends was also inconvenient. Also, there were four in our party which was clearly stated in our reservation, but our room only had 3 bath towels, 2 hand towels and 1 washcloth.
