Great staff, but definitely not clean once you leave the lobby.

Staff was incredibly friendly at check in.

The room was not clean. There were stains on the bed cover, the carpet was very stained and the bed frame looked like something had been stuck all over it.

The facility was clean and bright the help was very helpful

The hotel was in an area that has trees and shrubs that block views of signage and the TV guide was impossible to work with however the breakfast was guide good

Decent stay and clean...but would choose somewhere else

The breakfast was good. It's one of my favorite hotel breakfasts, actually. I love the cinnamon rolls and the biscuits were very good and perfectly cooked. The bed was comfy and I liked how they have separate pillows for firm and soft. It was very clean.

The hotel was extremely dated. It was not unclean, but dated. Our mirror in the bathroom was chipped and broken, there were tiles that were broken, the shower head was pointed towards the wall and was unable to be adjusted, the carpet was worn, the refrigerator did not cool well.

Location

Spots on the linen, not well vacuumed, hair on towels, bathtub had been refinished but could feel the old finish crackle under my feet while taking a shower. Air conditioning was either frigid or only fan.

We enjoyed our stay for the most part but this facility needs some work and an exterminator.

People were friendly.

The shower leaked all over the bathroom and entry floor. They gave us towels to clean it up. I woke up to roach on bathroom floor. They said , no big deal, they always come inside when it rains. bath tip faucet installed 12 inch out from wall no caulk or anything, door swollen from constant leaks, and baseboard falling down.
