Pleasant

Will look for another hotel next time we are in town.

Convenient location.

Heat/air was difficult to control and spent the majority of the time uncomfortable. Lost hot water both mornings.

Exceptional

Location was excellent, breakfast at $15 was worth it. Kids eat free with a coupon they offered

Location was excellent, I traveled with My 2 little kids and my husband. Taking an Uber everywhere was very easy . Hotel shuttle was a plus for us .

The room was smaller than I thought with 2 little girls. But we made it Wouk .

Not coming back.

I really like the location and I had stayed there previously.

Horrible experience, I was approach while waiting for the elevator by a man that was coming from the outside, this happened at 11:00 pm. The man looked out of place and the staff from the front desk just let him walk, this man walked towards the restroom but when he realized no one was looking he entered the area of the elevators where I was waiting. The man started talking and I could not understand what he was saying until he then started talking in Spanish and offered me money to have sex with him. At that moment I walked to the reception and asked them to call the police and the man walked out of the hotel. I was so scared and embarrassed that I only asked for someone to walk with me to my room. The security guy ride with me in the elevator and that is when he asked what had happened and I explained to him. This was awful and it is because the doors don't lock, and the elevators do not require key for anyone so people can just walk in get access to the rooms with no one stopping them. Same with the parking lot, vehicles go in and from the parking lot you can access the elevator waiting area to the towers.

Disappointing

Not a good value for the money.

It was close to the river walk. However, you had to cut through the loading dock area and a small field to get to the river walk. A paved walkway would have been nice.

Constant hum of the highway that could be heard from our room, even though we were not close to the ground level. The room was an odd shape, and especially the bathroom, which was very tight. While we weren't grossed out, there was a bare minimum of cleaning and upkeep. For example, the carpeted baseboards (yes, they were carpeted) were filthy and falling apart. There was also a high pitched humming (A/C??) that would come and go and wake us up at night.

Standing water in the sink upon arrival. Not great beds. Old TV. Tiny shampoo bottle. Overpriced for what you get.

Good location but room needs fixing.

Location

Shower was either Luke warm or scolding hot. Had to hold the toilet seat up every time I stood up to urinate. Ice machine didnt work on our floor. The room temperature was not consistent with the thermostat. I was in room 1203.

Very good

It was a short stay but I would probably choose a different location next time

We slept comfortably, hallway noise was low

The parking was tight and if you missed the entrance you have to get all the way back on the highway and turn around to get back to it. Kind of a congested area for such a large hotel. Also there was a really bad smell coming in from parking garage and in elevators. Maybe trash should be taken care of more often.
