Cant wait until our next visit

Staff (especially Megan) were wonderfully helpful in the run up to our visit, resolving the confusion over the wrongly announced cancellation of the Christmas Fare. On our arrival the reception staff were very welcoming and assisted us while our room was prepared. The room exceeded our expectations being large, warm and well set out. The towel birthday cake was a delight and fun for my wife's birthday. The dinner was excellent (you have some amazing chefs) the restaurant staff were appropriately attentive, friendly and welcoming. Making the whole experience a delight.

Only a small thing - but there was no one in the bar when we arrived for a pre-dinner drink, but someone arrived after a short delay.

Overall an amazing place to stay very quiet and clean. The staff are very polite.

The fine dining was amazing including attention to detail. The room was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Attention to detail was great.

The full breakfast could have been better not much food and slightly greasy, not really value for money. No staff on the bar we had to go and find someone to serve food and drinks.
