very unhygienic and waste of money. very noisy.

nothing. all very unhygienic and noisy and especially my floor 16. the tourists were loud when walking in the corridor and shouting and children were running in the corridor. there was thumping noises across the days from upstairs and downstairs . the maids didnt care about the noises when making up the rooms.

everything as above no bell boy no parking assistance breakfast was crowded and had a small variety of food.

very disappointed, highly likely I will not stay with Hilton anymore in future.

very disappointed, with the money I paid JPY 138531 for 3 nights of stay, the room has very dated and old furniture, the TV was so small (I think just 32 inch or smaller), no soft-close on all the cabinets, drawers and wardrobe, even the bath-tab, toilet seat and everything in the toilet looks dated and very 'well-used', the hair-dryer looks very well-used'. I did not take any photo as I was very disappointed especially I paid a lot for the name of 'Hilton'. last but not least, the staff told me there is no reward / point for my stay because I book the room thru booking.com, which is a surprise to me, therefore I have decided I shall not stay with Hilton group of hotel anymore in future.
