Superb

Great location, great service and very comfortable.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel was amazing and comfortable. It was a 12 minute walk to the nearest train station, but it was easy to navigate and not a hassle.

Nice and classy hotel with full facilities

Theres full facilities which is fantastic. Especially the toilet, there are 2 areas, one for wet and one for dry. Also like that theres newspapers for international travelers.

The room looks dated and not modernized.

cant really find anything to complain, its really great experience, definitely recommend for everyone who decide to visit Osaka.

nothing much really, but more frequent shuttle services between hotel and station will be great.

The facilities and services are overall very good.

The schedule for shuttle should be made available to patrons. I didn't know the service ends at 6:30 pm and waited for 45 minutes before calling a taxi at 8;30 pm.
