Parking but a damner on stay

The rooms were modern and clean. Excellent shower and good sized beds

The parking was too tight for my car. Had to park in a neighbouring hotel at double the price

Superb

Excellent as always. Refurbishment throughout the hotel has been tastefully done.

Varied choice. Chef who prepared omelettes very helpful. Bar staff great. Staff at breakfast also very polite and helpful.

Refurbished rooms are lovely. We were in a King room. The only criticism is that there are no drawers. There is a shelf in the wardrobe but unless you are 6ft tall it is very difficult to reach.

Beautiful hotel with a great location, shame there were so many extra payments.

It was absolutely beautiful to look at, especially as it was Christmas time with all the decorations. Perfect location for the science centre and the riverside museum too (main purpose of our trip). The breakfast was amazing and every member of staff we encountered was super.

I was surprised that we had to pay to use the pool, Ive never known a hotel where this happens. Having to pay for decent wifi was also a bit of a let down. As a minor thing, Id have liked the beds to be queens / kings.

Exceptional

A lovely Christmas break!

Location was perfect! Wasnt to far out from the Christmas markets as that was the reason we went down, staff were absolutely lovely and very accommodating. Also being 17 floors up my kids loved the view!

A very minor issue, over 400 people in for breakfast, so we didnt get a space in the main breakfast bar and was moved to the bar with my 2 kids, I managed to get one plate of food for my kids before going back and there was none left! I complained to the staff and they got this sorted straight away and got us into the main breakfast bar!

Very good room, with a lot of space, a real family room

Our room was not cleaned in the first day and wasnt also in the second day until we talked with the staff, but everything was solved and the staff was very attentive

Amazing stay with delicious breakfast

Staff very professional and friendly, rooms and hotel very clean with beautiful Christmas decorations, room was just a right size with big bathroom and everything you need for a stay. Breakfast delicious with great options of food.

Car park ( underground )has very tight entrance and exit ( we drove our SUV ) and it really needs refurbishment. Car park costs 15/night which is not that bad. We had 2 double beds in our room with double duvets but king size bedding so it wasnt very comfortable.
