The location close to the metro station.

Poor facility maintenance. Only one elevator working. The customer service counter didnt answer the calls.The ice machine in my floor was out of service.

Very poor

Only one elevator was working and it took about 20 minutes for the elevator to arrive and half the time it was too full. There were no stairs for you to take. Only stairs to exit the building Our room didnt have hand soap and I had to request it 2 times and then go downstairs to request it after waiting over 3 hours

Not downtown- slow and not responsive structure

It is a clean hotel

Room cleaning was knocking on our door at 8.30am And then for the next 2 days never clean our room We informed the staff but nothing changed It is written position central but be careful because it is close to the station only, major attractions are not around the hotel and away 2-5 km from the structure Not downtown - Not great organization of the hotel as well 1 elevator was not working and the queue for the it was crazy sometimes even more than 7 minutes

Hit the spot! Just right!

In general, I like the HGI layout and amenities: in house dining, room service, bar, spacious rooms, valet parking. In this case, the location of the hotel relative to DC sites of interest was perfect.

The entry way and lobby is oddly configured so its cramped and does not have clear pathways/passageways.
