Location was great, we walked to Bridges for dinner.
Our blinds in the door to the balcony were broken so we could not open them to see out. Also the curtains would not slide iin the rod. Though it was a lovely location, we were literally unable to see outside the room unless we went outside. We were just there for the night so I didnt ask to change rooms, but would have if we had stayed longer. It was very disappointing! I mentioned these issues at checkout. We were in Room 214.

I never got to stay there
I had booked thru booking.com, the tropical storm was bearing down, we were staying in a marina and needed a safe place to stay 9/24/23. I first called early that AM to find out of we could just stay in the lobby until our room was ready. The person I called was rude and mostly unhelpful but said we could sit in the lobby all day, 2 hours later I received notification my daughter 3 hours to the south was critically hospitalized. Again I called the Inn, they rudely said they could not help me or release the room, I had to deal with booking.com. It was unprofessional and I expected more from a Hilton property. Honestly we rarely travel and I was so anxious about the storm it never occurred to me to call the hotel directly because that is not what came up on the internet search.

Disappointing, dirty , next to loud, late music.
The only thing we liked was the bedding.
The place is dirty, in need of a good deep cleaning and vacuum. The balcony is filthy. It overlooks the restaurant Jettys, which plays extremely loud rock music till midnight! Breakfast is awful, overpriced and not even a dairy- free milk availability, which is in a stark contrast across a street at Best Western, where its same but free breakfast with almond milk, oh.. and much much cleaner, too!! Staff is inattentive and slow.
