Location was clean and close to Austins attractions

Very clean. Within 15 minutes of UT Austin and downtown. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great!

Disappointing 3 star

20 min Uber to central Austin.

Rooms showing online but mobile data connection was poor so we went to the front desk to be told there were no rooms. Managed to book via booking.com in the car park so we could then get a room. Pretty poor show. In the corridors the carpets were tatty, the room was clean but the milk for the coffee maker was out of date so we didn't even get a hot drink in the room. Was expecting a solid 3 star hotel but the overall scruffiness and lack of detail really made me wish we tried somewhere else.

I did not think the price was accurate for the quality. I expected a lot more from Hilton. I was unhappy with my room. Outdated, TV didnt work, creamer for my coffee was spoiled, and my shower towel was dirty. I only stayed a night. When we called for maintenance to fix the TV, we waited but they took long and we had a reservation to make.

Disappointing

The breakfast was terrible. The food was below average and overpriced. The breakfast was the primary reason I was so disappointed in my stay.

The room key did not work twice.
