Staff are friendly

You can smell cigar from the hallway which is, to be honest, quite disappointing as we got a non-smoking room. Not to mention that we specifically ask for non-smoking because our kid is astmatic.

Pleasant staff and tasty breakfast.

TV was very dated, no streaming, no menu function. Location terrible and dangerous to access via auto. Apple maps and Waze did not find the hotel. Never use this hotel location again. Tried to add $50/night incidental fee over the Booking pre-paid. I fought it. Also Booking did not mention the $5/day parking fee.

Will not stay there again

The property location is not the best and parking is very limited. For a Hampton Inn this property does not meet the mark.

Property is showing its age, and needs major upgrades. Basic cleanliness and facilities. Location is dingy.

My stay at Hampton Suites @ Austin North

It's calm, quiet and in good location. The breakfast is okay too.

The bathroom in my room was not in top shape. Water wasn't draining as expected same with the wash hand basin.

This was last minute decision so didnt expect a lot. Rate was expensive but didnt have much choice.

Very noisy with outside noise (traffic) Breakfast selection limited.

Overall a good experience except for the items above.

Location was acceptable but many homeless people in or near area and roads/intersection

Breakfast was decent but with staying 4 nights the two day rotation was a little tiresome. Being a Hilton member I don't think I should be accountable for the $5.00 a night parking fee. Is it really that needed by Hilton? Also being a Hilton member why do we need to schedule housekeeping?
