A lovely hotel to stay in while visiting Arvada

The property was clean and safe and our floor was quiet. Its is near many restaurants and not far from Olde Arvada.

Superb

Exceeded my expectations on location, service and comfort. I'd go back again!

Breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel in the US in a while. Friendly service and real food (not microwaved). Also like that it was an easy walk to the Light Rail station to get into Denver without driving.

Good value and location - need a more frequent room cleaning service

Clean, convenient to town.

Not a fan of requesting towels, refilling of the portable coffee maker, etc., when its not a regular cleaning day (which is every 4th day you are there). You have to flag someone down in Housekeeping or ask the front desk (& they are not super responsive).
