Disappointing

Wouldnt book again, not worth the money at all

the bed was comfy room was large staff at breakfast was very nice

First hotel Ive ever experienced to charge for early check in (4,5hrs early) esp when the room is available. Stayed for 3 nights and every day there was an issue. I didnt realize that I booked an accessible room, therefore we had accessible shower without any glass. Which normally wouldnt be an issue but while having a shower, the water was not draining at all, so the water overflowed and we had 3cm of water all over the bathroom. Had to use all the towels to stop it overflowing to the corridor. This happened two days in a row even though we complained after the first time and all they did was just to clean the water, not fixing the issue. During the stay we had housekeeping in our room twice - both times they removed all the towels from our room. Not even a small hand towel left. I had to call housekeeping 3x and then in the end to come to reception to complain to get some towels and finally be able to have a shower. Their claims that DND was in is just ridiculous as I was aware of the sign and made sure it was not on. For breakfast you have to stay in the line for about 5 minutes but I understand we were there during festive period and it was more busy then usual ( probably) The beach was one of the reasons why we booked this hotel but is just a joke tbh. It is located next to the hotel, basically in the shade during the day and backing construction. The pool at the hotel is not able to cater all the guests, we came to the pool at 11am and no sunbeds available whatsoever ( and we were not the only ones in the situation) They could easily fit more sunbeds. Overall I think the staff was trying to do their best to deal with the issues. (Guess except housekeeping as that at one moment felt like we are joke to them)

Overall a nice stay.

I booked a king superior room Marina view. At the time of check in they offered me an upgrade of sea view to which I requested to see my marina view and the upgraded view and then choose but they didnt show me the rooms. When I saw the sea view there was buildings with construction right infront...I went back to the reception desk and asked them to give me my original marina view room but they said, that room booking is based on availability. I told them that when I booked it it was available and if they have given my room to someone else I would like to take my money and go home becasue my house has a better view than the construction view from the sea view suite. That's when the receptionist said, they have one last marina view available and I finally got the room I had booked with the beautiful Marina view. Hilton, please next time don't play this technique and let people have the room they originally booked.

Close to amenities and a comfortable stay

Specious room, with utility room, 1 WC and 1 bathroom. Kitchen was fully equipped. Nice living area with sofa bed and dining table. Big balcony with table and chairs. Hasan (pool side bar) was amazing he went above and beyond, he was polite and respectful to me and my family. Staff at the restaurant and lifeguard were friendly too.

Small lobby, not much eye contact with lobby staff as we walked in or maybe a smile but no hello! Room AC was over heating the room, reception sent maintenance staff 3 times and still wasnt resolved but we was not offered a room change.

excellent staff and facilities shame about the construction work at rear of hotel

excellent breakfast. staff very polite and helpful .room service very quick .large double bedrooms family room with kitchen and washing machine very handy and used daily

room at rear of hotel w ith balcony with great view but with noisy building work starting at six in the morning very annoying even though room was on the 21st floor and also at the beach construction noise hence beach almost deserted we left after 30 minutes

The staff was so welcoming (wedad & husain ) , the room was good in size the toilet was big with a good kitchen

The sheets smelled weird, the shower head was loose and the toilet paper was used . The Drama was scary and funny at the same time, I heard it Piano playing at 6 clock in the morning which freaked me out then i found out it was the alarm i guess it was set by the previous guest

My recent stay at Hilton Doha the Pearl was truly exceptional. Arriving on December 16th, I was immediately impressed by the reception team, Sozaddha and Salah, whose helpful and amiable demeanor set a positive tone for my stay. The rates for upgrading exceeded my expectations, providing added value to my experience. Hosssins attentive service in handling our luggage and ensuring our continual comfort demonstrated a commitment to guest satisfaction. The Kitchen restaurant, included in my booking, offered outstanding breakfast and dinner experiences. The staff, including the memorable Marvic, Rose, and others, were not only welcoming but showcased a high level of training, treating us with genuine respect and hospitality. The culinary experience went beyond expectations, with a diverse array of delicious and tempting dishes that left us spoiled for choice. The sheer variety and quality of the food at the Kitchen made leaving the hotel with my family a bittersweet moment. I must commend the outstanding efforts of Sunday, Richard, Skalid, and the entire staff who contributed to making our trip truly worthwhile. Their dedication added a personal touch to the overall stay, and their commitment to ensuring a memorable experience did not go unnoticed. Hilton Doha the Pearl has undoubtedly set a high standard for hospitality, and I look forward to returning in the future.

Welcoming stay where they treat you like royalty.

The kitchen restaurant staff were excellent, we felt so welcomed and they did a lovely job to look after us. They are like little family unit, and they went out of their way to make our stay so memorable. Great facilities, pool, sauna etc were well kept and clean.

No kitchenware to cook anything, this wasnt mentioned in the hotel information. Not easy to walk to places. The beach was closed for our whole stay and they offered us no compensation - this was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel.
