    Everything was great including the property staff well welcome Great place to vacation at most. Definitely I will be back.
    The openness, as you can see, clear across into the ocean from the high-rise balcony. and the staff was very helpful and friendly with luggage with great places to eat anything you ask they were on hand 100% my state was October 2023 six days

    A complete nightmare!!!
    It was close to every thing.
    The beds are like sleeping on the floor HORRIBLE AND EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE!! The WIFI NEVER WORKED THE ENTIRE WEEK! When I asked about it they never had any answers! The room above me played the tv extremely loud at night until 3-4 am . No on site food at all !! Parking was a nightmare The law crew cut the grass or used the blower early in the morning every day!! I definitely would not recommend at all was a complete waste of money !!!

    I loved the fact that there was a kitchen area, so we were able to make our own breakfast and little meals if we weren't in the mood to go out. The gardening and landscaping are very beautiful.
    It would've been nice to have a mirror in the bedroom or living so that you could see yourself while getting dressed. There was only 1 mirror in the bathroom over the face basin, which, of course, you can't see your full body in. While doing my makeup, my spouse wanted to use the bathroom, and I had to pause as there were no other mirrors. Also, the buildings could really use some paint, I saw other reviews about it, and I am sure it's not cheap or simple to paint or renovate all those buildings, but seeing as the pool is the only attraction, I think they can atleast paint the ones surrounding the pool as those seems to be the worst or most in need of a touch up. The pool opens at 9, and we sat and watch the pool guy cleaned the pool, and he allowed us to go in right after, and when we went in, it was still filled with bugs and flies, not that the guy wasn't doing his best to clean it, but the water probably hasn't been changed in a really, really really long time so I was very uncomfortable and had to get out.

    Would not recommend. Too many rules & poor amenities for a substandard hotel.
    The surrounding landscape and view of Ocho Rios was beautiful.
    One of the front desk workers was very rude & impatient. There are a LOT of rules to follow during your stay such as-youll have to pay for wash cloths & sheets if you get makeup on them (which seemed very sexist to me) Any stains or any form of soiling on washcloths or sheets or pillow cases would incur a charge. Any form of damage to the furniture would incur a charge & there was a printed list of charges which they provide to list the cost per item. Due to this list of rules and regulations, the stay was very stressful and we felt very pressured to not cause any small issue with the room as this would be an issue. We booked a double room but instead got one large bed with one thin sheet covering the both beds together so it was impossible to separate the beds due to a lack of linens. The linens on the bed included a mattress cover, a thin sheet over that and a thin sheet over both beds. In the night both my friend and I got very cold and had to switch off the AC as the thin sheets could not allow warmth. Besides this, the rooms themselves were very small and substandard. The surrounding rooms and buildings need a paint job as paint was chipping. A large part of the premises were abandoned and neglected with pigeons and old broken furniture. The pool did not seem to be cleansed recently. The premises in general needs a general upgrade and renovations and the rules that come with staying in this resort doesnt allow a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I was very disappointed and put off by the stay at this place. A lot of work needs to be done.

    The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were hard and flat, also you need to get a card machine.

    Its unfair to take a deposit on sheets being messy or pillow case. Its a way for them to take money easily from guess.
