Highly recommend!

We were warmly welcomed by Mr Bandula Ranjith on the 1st day who gave us the possibility to choose our room. The guest house has a beautiful, well-tended garden. An enormous pleasure to have greenery! Room on the upper floor overlooks greenery and the corridor leads to a large balcony with sea view. The room was clean and also had an en-suite bathroom. The only negative point was the low pressure coming from the shower . On the second day, we got to know Toni (the owner)and his wife Zohreh personally: extremely friendly, very joking and very smiling lovely people! We had the chance and pleasure to get to know them better and were very kindly invited to have breakfast with them. Toni and his wife are very helpful and so warm welcoming ! Our stay in Hikkaduwa was pure bliss! Kind regards from me and Sebastian

There's a nice terrace upstairs and downstairs. The owner is helping with suggestions.

The hotel is located a bit far from the centre and there are not many food places or activities around. Also the building is between the road and rails so it gets noisy.

Relax and unwind away from tourists.

This place is run by some very lovely people. The room itself was just lovely, just no hot water and a little weak internet. But it's quite comfortable and surrounded by beautiful nature. The location is a bit far from town by walking but there are tuk tuks and a bike rental shop just steps away.

The best place in hikkaduwa

Out of all the hotels I stayed at. This hotel was by far the most welcoming!!!!!! Tony and susanne (sorry if I spelt it wrong) are the sweetest most kind people. I felt at home. The room is spacious clean and the view at sunset is amazing. Also the shower was great. I cant recommend their hospitality enough! They even had some games for your entertainment. The beach is across the street and never crowded.

Location was amazing, just across the road from the quiet area on the beach! Host was extremely helpful and informative! Had a really nice area to sit and view the ocean from. Bed was relatively comfortable!

A lot of things in the room didnt really work; towels and the fridge smelt kinda funky, fridge didnt work at all, toilet didnt fully flush. There was only one outlet that would be used with a converter and it was located where the pillows on the bed would normally be, which made sleeping arrangements tough.

Great stay!:)

A really great place. I stayed one week and had really nice welcome from younger lad who was always very friendly and helpful. Room was great on upper floor so nice view across the area, and very quiet at night, was definitely the biggest Ive stayed in during my time in Sri Lanka and great value for money. Didnt choose to go with room with AC but was a good fan over the bed that was enough.
