Amazing stay, amazing place, amazing Spa!

Staff was lovely and the place is amazing! We loved the fact that despite checking out in the morning, you get still access to the spa until it closes on the day, it makes such a difference! You get to unwind one last time after your stay has ended! Well done team!

A nice comfortable hotel where you feel right at home.

The hotel was very nice. Its a bit of a warren but once you get your bearings. Breakfast had a full choice, continental and full English.

The electric lock on the door was not working and there was only one key which created a few problems.

Brilliant thanks. Merry Christmas to you and all the staff who work really hard

All lovely - excellent Xmas party night - food exceptional, staff politeness exceptional, DJ brilliant as he really read the room for the types of music needed, rooms lovely. Got us all in the Christmas spirit. Hopefully we will be back next year. Used the pool and that was great too. Your staff are a credit to your hotel. Thank you

the weekend had to end and my sore feet lol. Nothing else to say really although I missed out on the chocolate fountain which was a shame as it looks lovely but was too full for the wonderful dinner

Perfect.

The room was beautiful, the most luxurious comfy bed, the products in the bathroom were amazing (washed my hair twice and had about 3 showers cause was so good), loads of little treats (biscuits and hot chocolate), clean, nice furniture and warm. The food in the restaurant was gorgeous. Staff lovely. And the spa was perfect too.

Nothing really. We had a brief issue with hot water in our room but it was addressed almost immediately and we were given a free champagne as a sorry which was delightful.
