I do not recommend it

It was close to the city centre

A confusing remote check in, coffee machine completely dirty (the water was even green!), no bath soap available in the room and in the check out morning the apartment ran out of water and no solution was found until i left the hotel. There's no reception there, communication via WhatsApp was really hard since they took hours to reply after checking the problems faced. I do not recommend it to anyone.

Very good

The room was clean and comfortable. Quiet area. You can walk to see all attractions .I wished there was a table and chair. Very convenient to stores.This is a self serve and no staff .Communication is not good but no problems entering the hotel .

perfect place for a short stay in Antwerp

Great location, well-equipped flat, very bright and spacious. clear instructions. We loved it!

The stairs to access the flat on the second floor are very narrow and steep. It was a bit of a challenge to get there with the suitcases.

The location was great, very close to the city centre and all the shops and bars. The street, where the hotel is, was quiet and felt relatively safe.

The walls of the room we stayed in were dirty, there were questionable marks. The floor was also quite dusty and grimy. The shower had not been cleaned properly and also had marks all along the shower door. There was also a smell in the room that was not pleasant. We also received a scam that came from the 'hotel', we know now it wasn't from the actual hotel but from scammers. However, when contacting the hotel to inform them that their customers data had been used by scammers, their response to me was very rude. They were aware of the situation but had not informed us of it at all. They should have informed their customers that they had been hacked and that we should look out for possible scams.

Nice stay: key-less access to the hotel/room, nice and clean room, good position.

The room was cute, very clean, and quite big. The position of the hotel was very good as well: just next to the oldest part of the city center. I particularly appreciated the automatic check-in and check-out and the fact that no key was needed to access the hotel or the room (code-based access to the room).

Minor inconveniences: my room did not have hooks to hang towels or clothes. Furthermore, the door chain was broken.

No Tv in room The hotel is remote controlled. It didnt send an entry code, and I only found out by chance (I rung them to say I would be late) No reply to chat or email asking for Wi-Fi code

Central location. Near public transport, shops. Walk to historic sites.

Outside door access worked only after several attempts (rushing to toilets? Bad luck!) No lift, staircase difficult with luggage. Room had no hooks, shelves or drawers. No where to put 2nd suitcase except on floor. No where to hang towels. Only 1 chair for 2 people. Security chain on door broken. Almost impossible to move sliding doors to shower. Sensor light in toilet not always quick.

Facility is good but the staff is absolutely not!!!

The location is great. It was clean but a little small.

At the same day we arrived, I received a message that I need to pay unless they will cancel my reservation. The strange thing that I was already paid the whole amount one month ago! We couldnt enter the facility and coulndt reach any one else for a while. After 1 hour they only send me a message that it was a fake message which was un reliable! They were going to ruine my vacation.
