Exceptional

Very pleasant stay.

Beautiful settings, plenty of parking, rooms were very spacious and beds comfortable. Food exceptional and staff were lovely. When open and daylight hours the beach was a short walk away.

The carpet could have maybe done with a freshen up, although it was advertised we could walk to the coast jt didnt show anywhere that the path wasnt lit so couldnt go at night which was a shame.

Lovely place for a short break, glad I was in the main house. Didn't play golf.

Good breakfast, however, they delivered hot food too soon as we were still eating our cereal and having a coffee. Nice dining area though with view over golf course. Good menu but overpriced for what you received, eg my wife's starter, melon and parma ham, 'tiny' and rather looked a bit of an apology. Waited too long for main course to arrive and table next to us returned a fish dish as it was not cooked properly. Waiter staff need a bit more training at table. You should not reach across someone to hand a meal across the table, you should walk round and serve from behind.

Only comments would be breakfast and dinner experience where a bit more training needed with staff at table. Don't bring hot food at breakfast so soon, take order for cooked food a little later.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect setting, with lots of great places to visit nearby.

Lovely location, and such a beautiful hotel. The bedroom was perfect - lovely and quiet and comfortable bed. The breakfast was very good.

We had a fabulous stay and look forward to returning. Thank you.

We love the location. Room was spacious with great view. Breakfast was fabulous. Dinner was good too. Staff were great, friendly,yet very professional.

Room could do with a fridge,there is room for it. Bar prices in the Pavilion are too high.

Lovely hotel but request different room next time

Location is perfect for getting anywhere along the coast roads. Its set back in beautiful grounds and the sunsets over the golf course are stunning. The Mulberry restaurant was also lovely. Had a great evening meal and breakfast was great on most days. The bar was nice too, very peaceful at this time of year.

The room (room 10) was extremely noisy. We think it was above the kitchen. Its was also next to the staff stairs. The heat in the room was not good it was either way too hot or cold depending on the radiator. No happy medium. Preferred the room we had on previous visit in the Pavilion.
