Nothing because we were not allowed to check in since we do not have a credit card for incidental charges.

We were not allowed to check in since we do not have a credit card for incidental charges. There is nothing on Hampton Inns website that indicated you had to have a credit card to check in. They didnt have any problem putting the room rate on my debit card before we arrived.

We will never go back! Likely will never never use another Hampton Inn

The heating/cooling system howled all the time, three whole days and nights. They told me nothing could be done. All of the units are like that in every room in this outdated hotel. Had to sleep with hearing aids, could not even talk to my spouse from across the room it was so loud. They would do nothing about it.

The breakfast and room was excellent

That there was a charge of 50 dollars on top of your stay. Not mentioned on the site. Check in lady did not help or suggest to help with that matter. Pool closed the whole reason I booked the hotel. Needs to be put on the site. Very disappointed.

This is the second time staying there but probably won't be back.

the gentleman who did breakfast was so nice and helpful.

the check in process was slow. They didn't have keys that worked. When I booked two rooms expected them to be at least on the same floor.
