Breakfast was cold (boiled/scrambled/fried egg), and the price was a bit high considering the distance from Miami Beach.

Breakfast was terrible. Night staff was helpful, but the morning staff was the worst. When they could understand English, it came across like you bothering them, especially the young man at the front desk, who was busy playing on his phone

Don't stay here.

It was close to the airport.

Only one working elevator, no food at breakfast, no linens for the sofa sleeper, wrong info about cruise shuttle, ice machines were broken, airport shuttle took 50 mins to pickup at Miami international.

The worst stay Ive every had at an Hampton inn.

The staff very professional and the room was comfortable.

The carpet and furniture need to be replaced in the common areas. There was no hot water for our stay, which was very inconvenient.

The Staff need to be more polite and organized. I called because my flight was delayed after that i want to the hotel and the staff at night told me that my reservation was like "no show" I had already paid my room and I was with my little girl that was really tired because I was at the airport 12 hours. I spent a lot of time making the checking I am really dissappointed.
