Overall it was a good experience. The breakfast needs attention though.

The staff we spoke to at check in was great. They were friendly and got us checked in and to our room in no time. I also liked the location of the hotel.

The beds were not comfortable. The mattress I had felt like it was on concrete and was not good. That is just a personal preference though. The breakfast was normal hotel breakfast but it was ice cold. It tasted like the food was sat outside in the 25 degree weather and then served. The lady that was watching breakfast and refilling could have put her phone away and made sure the warmers were on but other than that the hotel was clean and nice.

Very good

The room was clean and smelled fresh, not stuffy. The hotel overall was very clean and was in a location that felt safe.

Did not care for the breakfast. It was the typical hotel breakfast with premade omelet halves, sausage links and breakfast potatoes. Potatoes were cold, and they were out of oatmeal.

Disappointing

It was fair eat best.

Location.

Limited parking for guests. They let vehicles with trailers park in the unloading zone overnight so its hard to unload your own luggage.

Bad

Clean, but you can hear everything, from walking to conversations. Horrible built! Never have I had this happen before.

Its location was great!

You could hear ever foot step or conversation taking place several rooms away. You couldnt even walk in your room after quiet time without making noise and getting the front desk on your butt for it.
