Very good

Location was great and the hotel was clean. Staff was friendly!

We didnt see the signs at the front desk about room cleaning. It said you had to request it. The sticker on the mirror in our room said they came every other day to make beds, give new towels, and replace stuff/take out the trash. We were there 4 days and no one came. We had to ask the front desk about it and thats when we saw different signd than our room had. Wish that was mentioned to us at check in rather that assuming we would see the sign at check in. The breakfast was not that good. Wish they had more options, including gluten free/dairy free. The only GF options were fruit and yogurt. Other hotels offer a prepackaged gluten free muffin in their breakfast foods.

Booking.com is a complete ripoff. Ive used kayak and expedia with no problems

We paid for this reservation over a month in advance. When we got there they didnt have it. Almost 20 minutes later, Marty the front desk attendant STILL couldnt find our reservation made through booking.com It was later in the evening and we had to make other arrangements. It was more expensive to stay at the wyndham When I called booking.com for a refund, they refused to issue it. They even wanted to CHARGE us a fee to begin some sort of investigation when we clearly never got to checkin after it was already paid for

Exceptional

Our room was clean and very roomy. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. It was a perfect location for us, so near the hospital/ clinic.

The tub/shower was fine for my husband and I, but I wish that it would have had a walk-in shower for my elderly mother-in-law.

Thank you for giving the opportunity to share. Couple items I wanted to mention. Breakfast: please consider adding healthier eating options. What you have there now is a sugar bomb, you cannot start your day like that. We stayed at the room for people with disabilities. Theres no light to turn on, someone would have to struggle to get to each lamp and turn it on! This is very inconsiderate.

Overall my stay was fine, and I'd probably come back here again.

The room was nice. The breakfast was good. I liked that there was a couch in the room as well.

My room was never serviced while I was there. I did not have a do not disturb on my door knob. They just never came. Also, when I checked in, the person at the front desk was not the most informative. I had to ask him to explain to me how to get to my room. When I checked in he just handed me the key card without telling me where to go.
