I had an excellent experience at the Hampton Inn & Suites Boston/Waltham. I was very pleased with the facilities, which included convenient parking, impeccable cleanliness, a comfortable room, and a complimentary breakfast. Additionally, the staff were exceptionally polite and accommodating.

Nice hotel.

Just a bit outside Boston. Great to explore both the city and the surrounding area. Not much to do around the hotel, but that was okay for us. Used it as our base. Everything was as you might expect from a Hampton Inn.

Staff very polite and helpful. Room and bathroom very clean and comfortable.

I had an adjoining room, which does not make me feel safe. From now on, I'll be asking for a non-adjoining room.

The location was perfect for our purposes. Staff was very accommodating for an early check-in request due to a medical appointment. Breakfast on site.

All staff were exceptional from check in to house cleaning and kitchen staff. Great location clean staff courteous easy check in fitness room and breakfast were great definitely would stay here again very comfortable atmosphere

Booked for four people but not enough bathroom towels for all to shower. Breakfast had a variety but not hot and some of the selection was too dry to eat.
