Brilliant hotel

Fantastic hotel. There is very little I can fault and the non perfect things seemed irrelevant as there were so any positives. I am so sensory and OMW how do you get the whole hotel to smell so beautiful and fresh. The sent is the same as the outstanding quality of the bathroom products provided. Amazing. The breakfast was brilliant. Not only the quality provided but the variety. Spoilt for choice.

If I had to say the scrambled eggs were of the powder type and not to my liking. The inner of the duvet was so worn it was in little balls rather then spread out as the should be.

Great but ..

Really nice hotel in most respects.

My room was not available so they offered a more basic room but could not refund the difference as it was booked via yourselves. The car park was accessible via the outside so was difficult in heavy rain and wind. Could a cover or extending the lift to the car park which is underneath the hotel be provided?

Disappointing

Hotel was good, parking was atrocious. Avoid if you're travelling far and/or disabled!

The staff, dinner and breakfast we had were decent. Breakfast sausages weren't great, but the waffle maker was a nice touch. Lots of friendly staff members made us feel welcome and we loved the bathroom in our room.

Frankly, the parking situation is a joke. The car park can be used by anyone (not just hotel guests) and there were absolutely zero spaces to park in! It's not a particularly large car park and I was rather disappointed/stressed with having to run circles around the car park, only to realise there was no chance in finding a bay. We parked in the less-secure, open-air NCP car park across the street, which was poorly lit and I didn't like having to leave my car there! As someone with a disability (no badge, but diagnosed), I don't appreciate driving over an hour to a hotel, for parking to be a hassle. The parking should be exclusively for hotel guests. My significantly disabled friend couldn't park with her badge either!

An ultra modern venue, situated well. Parking, delicious breakfasts, helpful, friendly staff.

The room was ultra modern, only by Card entry and also used to access lift making it very safe. Difficult to get used to but certainly appreciated. The wonderful scent as entering the main doors of hotel, absolutely lovely. We did not have housekeeping for the two days we were there, our choice, as yet not received our reimbursement but told we would Breakfast delicious and very varied choice in nice surroundings. Venue perfectly situated, we will stay again.

Clever but not liked the one door over the bathroom and wardrobe, personal preference. Parking a bit pricey as we were customers, could be complimentary for two or more days. Otherwise all very good and enjoyed everything, nothing to dislike thank you.
