Great location close to trains and walking distance to all the central touristic. We really enjoyed the breakfasts, they were great!!! Hotel is great and staff friendly.

The area itself was pretty dirty but it might have been due to New Years celebration but lots of trash in the streets.

Breakfast was poor. Room was very hot even with air con on. Very soft pillows no option for change. Shower only pointed to wall so hard to get under the running water.

Nice hotel in Berling, close to Alexanderplatz

Nice hotel, very helpful staff. Very good breakfast Close to the Alexanderplatz, excellent transport with the city centre

Breakfast was very busy, and it was not very easy to get a table, queueing was the longer I have seen in a hotel. Maybe a better organisation would help (in other hotels we had to declare a time-slot for breakfast, or a member of the staff could orientate the clients towards appropriate tables as now 2 people could occupy a table of 4 as this is the only one available). Breakfast was good but the process was tiring.

Good location, good service

It was clean, the breakfast was good, and it had a great location.

I think, there must be a mini refrigerator in the rooms. I had my insuline injections with me and i had to put them in it. Thats the only difficulty we had while weve stayed. The rest of all is fine, we would like to visit and stay in hampton again.
