Don't go there with your family if you are traveling solo then fine but never with family. bathrooms are shared and the noise of subway is way to high

Great stay close to the station and with a cat!

It was a nice short stay. The location is super convenient, walked from the main station and after close to modern neighborhood. I was lucky to use toilet+shower and did not meet any other tenants, common facilities were clean. The room is nothing special, but clean and good enough to have a calm rest. It was comfortable temperature in November. I left my bag after check-out. And check in was fine to be late, due to my flights. Which is not so common for Italy. Extra points to friendly and curious cat!

The more things change, the more they become the same.

This was a clean and easily accessible property , close to Milan Centrale,, perfect for a night's stay, The place is perfectly adequate for a few nights stay but probably if you have money and are fussy about your amenities, go elsewhere. But I would say the place is safeish for single travellers, nice cat, clean facilities. One of the ( South American?) receptionists was very pleasant and helpful. Bedding not really adequate but I don't really care about things like that, despite my age. One night is one night.,

The staff were for the most part polite with the exception of the owner- or maybe the son of the owner- youngish bloke with tats- ,who misinterpreted my comments and requests, possibly because of culture clash or that he is used to being in control with women or he hates anyone over the age of 45. Who knows, who cares. But he behaved in a rude patronising and threatening way, and then tried to get money off me for ' breaking the rules ' of the house. I understand that people may have abused his property in the past, so perhaps that contributes to the problem,. But he refused a simple request ( and would have been paid) for at least a coffee after the first night (7th December) and was unbelievably threatening to me on the night of the 12th( second stay) in response to my concerns with a sparking socket ( had to move the wardrobe to get to it) and to a simple request to charge my phone in the reception. I guess more respect might have been shown if I came with a man- Italy has not changed. So sad. Booking com have no interest in resolving complaints whatever is sai

Clean, comfy as convenient

Very good location close to the main central train station. Good metro, bus and tram links into the centre. Bed very comfortable and linen and towels nice.

everything it was a terrible place and not at all as presented in the photos, the old furniture, the dirt, the staff not at all polite and ignorant, we left there prematurely, we wish we could stay there, it was impossible. please report as much as possible that they are deceiving people with photos

Good solution for low budget travelers with lower expectations

The staff was very friendly and helpful, provided all information clearly, the check-in process was also very quick. The location is good, and there are plenty of restaurants, cafes around, all necessary transportation stops as well . Rooms and shared bathrooms were kept clean, which is the main benefit for the place, and is very appreciated The room I got was very basic (which is normal with this price), but surely spacious. Internet was working well!

There is a cat living on a property and there is no clear mention of it in the description. While I love cats and it was a blast for me, such things really must be clearly stated in all booking information. I saw myself the cat entering different bedrooms (incl it trying to get into mine), which makes this place surely unlivible for anyone with allergies. Any client-focus business must never act so irresponsibly not to mention it as the first thing in all the descriptions... The smell in the corridors is quite bad, coming from shared bathroom facilities most likely (was okei in the room, though). Sound isolation is very poor, I am a good sleeper but I could still hear more noisy neighbours coming back, and was woken up by cat being blocked in the next room and scratching doors and meowing.
