Location is good Central to everything private shower, room Good size, and nice size TV

There seemed to be an issue with the light bulb kept flickering it would not stay on in bedroom and the radiator would not get hot when I turned it on In the bedroom

Very good

Quiet street, comfy bed, close to the station

The location is excellent, less than 5 minute walk to the train station and shops. There's a Dominoes pizza place on the same street, and Just Eat deliver as well. Nice quiet street. Bed was comfy, room was warm. Tea and coffee provided, and there's a little fridge which was great for snacks and drinks. Decent shower too. Kath, the owner, was on hand to help with any requests and was lovely and friendly.

It's a Victorian terrace, so I knew what to expect but do bear in mind they are narrow houses and the bathroom was small - not an issue for me, but something to consider if you are tall. The room wasn't very clean, with sticky stains on the tea/coffee are and stains on the bed. Kath kindly changed the bed sheets when I let her know about this, and it may have been a one off.

Very good

The guesthouse is very near the busy city centre and night live. The neighbourhood though is very quite. The room is very nice, clean, well maintained and decorate. You get your own access code to the front door so that coming back from a late night going out is not a problem.

dirty. bedding was smelly and one sheet had blood stains on it when we arrived, beds were so bad, two of us had back issues for the following week. one woman opened the door and didnt seem aware who we were though we text to say arrival time. there was many stairs to the rooms and no help. the place stank very musky and it was so hot up the top. at night there was screaming and shouting very loud outside. it was awful. the woman was awol the weekend and on day of checkout so no help given. I asked for an invoice several times back and forth until she sent a useless word document. really a terrible waste of time and money. I really have been very patient and was going to let it all go but throughout its just been terrible and I think other people who consider staying here should know.

Disappointing

Sleepless in Hastings

It was close to town center

The room was not clean, there was a coat in the wardrobe, bathroom needed a good clean, toilet was very low & hardly room to wipe yourself as walls were so close. The bed was so uncomfortable I didnt sleep first night, landlady gave me a duvet to sleep on top of which made mattress a little more comfortable. Advertised as having parking but didnt unless you wanted to go to multi-storey & pay

Couldn't close window, toilet seat not fixed, decor too dark, problems with the door to the room safety, saturday night no sleep two men talking all night then music, got up and left 4.30am

Due to lack of services made a very unpleasant stay

The location was great near to beach, shops railway station,

Very dirty, dusty,broken drawers,bathroom dirty mould round shower, didnt get cleaned at all we were there for 5 days needed to ask for towels toilet rolls, only once did rubbish get taken in 5 days, very lawful smell in hallway
