    Very plesant and comfortable. Overall a great stay
    Perfect for a family with a couple of young kids, great location. The staff were very helpful, had after hours check in and was very easy. Booking website had a few issues but when in communication directly with management everything went smoothly.
    No hair dryer, shower pressure in main bathroom was crazy strong and caused shower to become very slippery and unsafe for kids. Had very small kids which couldnt reach the sinks without help.

    Fabulous location. 5 min walk from supermarket and cafes/bars. 5-10 min drive to attractions. Beds were comfortable. Loved having a second bathroom for the kids.
    Its upstairs from a cafe and main bedroom faces several car parks so expect noise from 5.30am. Earplugs are recommended if you are a light sleeper.

    With better communication and maintenance our stay would have been greatly improved.
    The location is very good, close to shops and restaurants. The beds were comfortable,
    Communication by email or phone received no replies prior to our stay. Maintenance could be improved. None of the 6 bed lamps worked and some did not have globes. We did receive 2 globes but needed at least 3. Two more were then delivered. The dishwasher was not working but there was no dishwashing liquid. Tap in the ensuite was not secure and therefore difficult to use. Wifi worked for phones and tablets but not for a PC.

    It is a very nice place to stay and with a few simple changes it could be a great place to stay.
    The layout of the kitchen was good. The rooms were bright and beds very comfortable. The area is lovely, close to supermarkets, shops and lots of nice restaurants and cafes. The cups and plates and glasses were good quality which made it pleasurable to use them. Also frypans and saucepans were good quality which made cooking easy.
    Only one bedside lamp out all three of the bedrooms worked. Possibly new bulbs are needed? However there were also no plugs for some of the lamps to plug into even if they did work. It was disappointing that the dishwasher didnt work. And as I had to wash up by hand it would have been nice to have a dish rack for draining the dishes. There were no plastic boxes for storing any of the food we bought in the fridge. I had brought a couple with me, but we needed more. The broken polystyrene pieces that the microwave was resting on looked a bit tacky.

    Fantastic accomodation for our family of five.
    A very functional apartment for a family of five. The kitchen facilities were great, beds were super comfy and the location was so handy to restaurants and galleries. We had such a great weekend and plan to stay here again.

    The apartment was clean and very comfortable. The room was warm the entire weekend and hardly required extra heating. The rooms were comfortable and the beds were comfortable. Beautiful apartment with excellent location. There was ample space and facilities. Brilliant stay.
    The bedroom lightbulbs in the lamps were blown prior to arrival. The dishwasher leaked during a wash and soaked the kitchen and we used our towels for the clean up. Contact with staff on the weekend was negative.
