Close to airport is a plus and plenty of parking but facilities can be improved especially breakfast service!

Clean and safe location

Breakfast ran out most items at around 8am, way too crowded and nothing was stocked again

Very good

A Good Three Day Stay in Phoenix

Customer service is what sets this place apart. My wife thought she lost her purse in the dining area and Chris went above and beyond in regard to trying to find it. Chris is an exemplary employee who is an asset to the organization, and we would choose Green Tree again due to the outstanding customer service provided there. (This review was also left on Trip Advisor.)

One night if you have no other options. Look for other lodgings is you can afford it.

It was quiet. The foyer was dressed for the holidays. It was near the airport and acceptable for a one night stay. The pool was lovely to look at, but too cold even for a traveler from snowy regions.

The breakfast description is highly exaggerated. The fire alarm battery died at 3:30 AM. The attendant at reception said that there was no repair staff available and that I could not be helped. The couches in the foyer were offered to sleep on. My partner came down to reception and requested a new battery to place in the alarm (yes, a loud screech was produced every minute even with the battery removed). We were told repeatedly that there were no batteries. We questioned the reception attendant repeatedly until they looked through the drawers of the front desk. I battery was found! An hour of our sleep was traded for aggravation before our early departure to the airport.

Almost everything.

My late check in (midnight) which was confirmed by the hotel - could have been met with opening the door when ranged: the first, second, third and fourth time. And that particular lady could have been polite too.

Pleasant, staff are friendly

Large bathrooms with nice decor/countertops. Took a minute to get the temperature regulated in the shower, but the water pressure is good and hot water lasted

They didnt have the usb- lamp plug ins for phones, which is a bit inconvenient
