Well located for a city stay next to the subway station

Perfect for a city stay very near the subway station! Very clean room, and we had a nice view of 101 and over the city. Also friendly staff.

The room was rather small. The breakfast was ok.

Good location, easy access to the MRT station. The staff is very friendly and nice!

The room is quite humid. The tank of the dehumidifier is full in 4 hours with the AC on. I understand this is normal since the hotel is closed to mountains but this is something to keep in mind.

It is near by metro . Very convenient.

The property is quite dirty. Room is very small. Once open the door the whole room will light up which waked up other people who were still asleep while the other persons leave the room.

I think your Assistant Manager is very stressed and needs help.

The location, is 60 second walk from MRT Houshanpi. Good food options around the area(within 1 min walking).

It isnt my first time staying at Greenworld. I had pleasant experience at other outlets. However, to my dismaya situation arose and it left a bad aftertaste. Assistant Manager needs to hone his skills in dealing with situations, and not put hotel guests on the spot or in awkward positions. Service policies should be followed or established and enforced. It wasn't until I called the main line to HQ that the matter was resolved, and the Assistant manager apologised for being rude to his guests. I would still choose to stay here again, because other than the Assistant Manager, every other lobby receptionist and housekeeping ladies were really friendly and attending to their areas of work with great detail and care.

Expect a no frills stay and subpar breakfast

Room was quite cosy but the automated bathroom sliding door was not suitable to be placed in a hotel especially in a wheelchair accessible room - it keeps closing automatically when all we wanted was to keep it open...

There are no toiletries placed in the bathroom by default, it is placed in the hotel lobby for you to take. Inconvenient (if you realized you'd run out of them while in the room you gotta head back down to the lobby) and also hard to use - they are placed in small tear open packs... Breakfast quality was subpar but the service team was very friendly and attentive.

Superb

Cosy room, comfortable bed with duvet, toilet comes with heater seat and auto bidet. 2 types of shower head and also a bathtub enough to fit 2 people. Can open the balcony to get fresh cool air. Great view of 101 on higher floors. One downside is, the hotel states that it is Muslim friendly but they have pork dishes on the breakfast buffet. If you are a strict Muslim, pls avoid the breakfast. Other than that, 7 eleven is across the street, MRT Station is about 100m away, basic amenities around the hotel. Easy for u to get an uber infront of the hotel. Hotel is highly recommended for solo / couples.
