Terrible, pitiful, shameful. What a horrible hotel and staff.

It helped that there was breakfast every morning and that it was a variety of meat, bread, and fruit. The bathroom was probably the only best part about the room as it was clean and modern looking with a large tub, automatic smart toilet, and warm water that worked super well.

The overall presentation of the room was terrible. Right down to the carpet which was a mess and filthy. I will include pictures and videos of defects and damage we found in the room that had us question why this place was rated a 4 star. The carpet was filthy, there was mold on the shower door, and paint peeling from the walls. It may have been a four star on booking.com, but was far from it. Even the pictures on booking.com were a lie and the facility looked completely different from what was advertised. On top of all of this, when we pointed out the defects to the staff, they could only say sorry and didnt even offer a different room or anything to make the stay worth it. In our opinion, we were conned by both the hotel and booking.com for allowing this place to even be listed a four star. We want some of our money back as well; because the price was advertised different from what we were charged when we booked the place. We ended up paying more than what we saw it listed as and no refunds were offered for an early check out.

Disappointing

Just because of the horrendous hospitality, we wont go back again.

The front desks arent friendly at all- when we have questions or need help, their attitudes were as if were bothering them. Maybe its because none of them can speak English properly?! But then its worrying that your staff dont speak English because youre running a hotel!! I think if youre a local, youll be ok to stay here. But if youre a foreigner, you would find it difficult to communicate with any staff here. This hotel surely needs training to the hospitality!!

Not great for value and Not recommended at all

Location close to metro station

The rooms arent clean, full of dust and filthy carpet. Receptionists arent helpful and impolite. Toilet of the 3 bed room was leaking and staff use shower towels to clean. The photos are much better than how it actually looks.

Superb

Amazing stay in nangang

The breakfast buffet is great, they serve different main dish daily. Even the salad bar is great! The room is very clean and the bed is so comfortable. Our family enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The staff speaks English well and they help us in our needs like guiding us with the directions and booking our airport transfer. It is close to family mart, px mart, ang nangang station blue line.

Very good

well located, a 5 min walk to Nangang Station, where you have access to the MRT & HSR. Citylink Mall is right on top of Nangang Station. Food are abundant and so are shopping for clothes.

the pillows are way too soft and getting an additional did not help. we stayed in a triple room and requested for 3 extra pillows, but they were able to provide 2 only. the room temperature is also too cold, i understand there was an unexpected cold front, but the hotel can help to maybe raise the central controlled room temperature higher.

Good

Nice cozy hotel but misses just a little to get 5 stars.

Nice, spacious rooms, good location, functional hotel and kind staff.

Room was clean, but overall cleanliness could be better. Breakfast was also kind of limited with very small soft drinks selection. The two lifts are too small and too slow for the amount of people so you wait a lot. Would also appreciate if balcony doors wouldn't be blocked.
