The rooms were beautiful and the external location was very good

The breakfast offers were very limited The restaurant was in the same place as the reception, which made the area crowded The receptionists were very very nice but not very prepared in either English or general informations (we asked about the elephant sanctuary, which they kindly booked for us but never gave us any info about the program or what to bring to the trip) The bathroom smelled like sewage The spa wasnt present they just offered a 2 hours Thai massage

It nestled on a Lake, away from the Hustle Bustle of Chiang Mai. You need a Car/Scooter to get around else very Tranquil.

No convenient store close by and Hotel doesn't advertise what days Restaurant is closed and it's timings. Breakfast below average, but good value for what we paid for 8 Nights. A little bit of variety or change would go a long way and Fresh Juice is not fresh, it's a mix of Sugar based solution + water.

Great place to stay in Chiang Mai

I absolutely love this place. I'm returning later in the year and when I told members of the staff this they were so happy. I stayed here for 13 days and never found any fault. The staff are absolutely the best. English can be an issue sometimes but I loved having to use charades and sign language to express myself. Molly on reception and Nuana (I think her name was) for breakfast and Moo and Lek, the management I thank you all for allowing me to stay at your wonderful home. I moved here because I wanted to play golf as there is a golf course alongside. And if you want to go to the mall or elsewhere there is a driver available for 200 baht.

I know this is so hard to make a comment about because this resort is excellent but I found that the light switches for reading in bed were too far for me to reach and I had to get out of bed to switch them off.

Good Hotel but BAD RECEPTIONIST

Liked the view, cleanliness and value of the hotel

I didn't like the behavior of night receptionist. I remember leaving my room key card at the breakfast table and when I got back to take it, it wasn't there. I went to the reception and the receptionist was rude. I requested him to check for my key card but he said that I could only go to the room if I pay 300 BAHT for a new key card. In a rude behavior. After tons of requests I paid the money. However, one of their staffs 'BANKS' was a gem and a very helpful person
