The location and reception staff were really nice.

The room was certainly under the standards you'd expect for a 4 stars hotel at such a fare (poor quality instant coffee, no electricity plugs next to the bed, etc...)

Very good

Fantastic location and comfortable accommodation. Rooms were well appointed and I loved the bathtub. The spa downstairs was lovely. We went mid afternoon on a weekday in the off-season and had it almost to ourselves.

I wish the TV would connect to googlecast or airplay. The scent of the hand soap and other toiletries is awful. But honestly if thats the worst? Ca va marche

Comfortable but too expensive

Great spa and services - the deluxe room is a bit expensive but still very clean and comfortable

We were not told about the parking cost and had a nice surprise in the end. The cost of the treatments in the spa is way overpriced and we were surprised not to have a discount considering we were staying in the hotel

Average stay redeemed by breakfast and very helpful staff

Good quality bed linen and very good breakfast. The reception staff were exceptionally helpful when we had problems getting to the hotel from the train station.

Our room was very small for a 4 star hotel, the bathroom had no ventilation and smelled very unpleasant. There was very little sound proofing from the corridors and the wooden flooring everwhere made the noise even worse.
