Nice but to be improved

The location next to the beach. (If your room is well located )

The hotel is enormous and some of the rooms are far from everything (like mine) Additionally, Some of the rooms are pretty old. Like Mine with a very strange smell. I asked for a change because The bathtub didnt work ..: the little fridge didnt work ..: and only when the electronic door key stop working then, I was moved to another more modern room and with a better location. The food in the buffet is very repetitive At the other restaurants , food was better. However as a solo traveller, I was discriminated when assigning a table. Families and Groups had always preference. On top , I got food poisoning and had to call a doctor and spent two days in bed

Disappointing

Had no choice! We were there we needed to make the best we can

We actually ate all the time at the buffet from the Palaceand it was good.

The hotel is old, smells like humidity, everything is falling apart. The staff is rude and not friendly AT ALL.

I was expecting villas the walking from my villas sucks and communication from the front desk very poor I was lock out of villas like four hours on my first day I call front desk until I'm tired I had to walk all the way from my villas to the lobby

Horrible stay probably wont stay here again

The staff that helped my decorate for my girlfriends birthday and house keeping

This is my second time going to this resort and the first time we went we loved it. But the second time was a nightmare! The room that we book online for our stay was not the room we got. When we first got to our building I already knew that something was off because the paint was peeling and the buildings looked old, when we walked into our room the paint was stained from the water from the air conditioner, the paint was chipping as well and the room smelled bad. When we got to the front desk they charged me extra to change my room when it originally was not the room that I payed for. The restaurant Portofino was the most horrible experience Ive ever encountered at a restaurant, while we were eating there were roaches crawling on our table and when I asked to see the manager, the manager didnt even come to our table she yelled from across the room and told us to move to another table

It was ok, clean decent place to lay my head but I probably wouldn't book again.

The location was great! The Japanese restaurant was amazing. Loved our outdoor shower. The pool on the other resort was a nice time. Very accommodating at the bars and lobby. The sports bar always had fresh delicious snacks. Loved the expresso machines that where easily accessible.

Our room was a little rough as far as the patch job of holes in the walls. Two outlets were coming out of the walls and one quit working in the middle of our stay. We had slippers, but no robes, the guy that brought us to our rooms said he'd be back with some. Never did. We never had the black makeup towel. Water pressure was not great. Our pool had alot.of kids, which is ok, but we were trying to relax at the bar and they were splashing and sitting on the barstools.

It was ok had a few issues and the manager was very nice in handling my needs.

Property was nice

Only the buffet seem to be the only option available for food as you needed a reservation for dinner. Which were all booked. Buffet food was cold. There werent other food options available.
