Glad we chose to stay there.
Good breakfast, convenient location. Very friendly, courteous and helpful staff everywhere.
Pillows :) Bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan!

A wonderful stay which i enjoyed greatly. Looking forward to stay here
The highlight of my stay was the staff. I don't know if they are professionally trained in Hotel Management college or not , but all of them have a great natural warmth and right aptitude for hospitality. Breakfast was very nice and had reasonably wide variety. On 6 th June morning, the breakfast was shifted to first floor, which was alright. However, I preferred ground floor. Can't provide any specific reason for that.
The swimming pool area can be made a bit more happening and attractive even with same size of pool. Contemporary decor and some good pool music should do the trick. Furniture there also needs attention. The only real bad experience was in the ground floor bar where I went on 4th June evening for a beer. The bill was 683, I gave 1000 and guy at cash simply returned me 300 and didn't even blink. Didn't even ask me if I could pay by card because he doesn't haven change. Or simply apologize and promise that it will be adjusted in next bill or something was. As if correct change is not even necessary. That got me really really upset. Spoke to duty manager and bar manager whose overall approach was just to apologize without any real sincerity and brush the incident under the carpet.
