I really enjoy out trip!

Breakfast is perfect, wide varieties. Room is big and clean, nice view. Internet was slow.

Super place to relax and get away for a night or two.

Great spa and pool facilities with bathrobe and slippers conveniently provided by the hotel; very wide choice of yummy breakfast foods; comfy beds.

Can't really think of anything that could have been better. Perhaps the orange juice could have been less watery, but that's it!

Absolutely amazing, fantastic and we have been all around the world and this hotel was beautiful.

We loved everything about the hotel. A fantastic location very close to the coach station. A beautiful hotel, so grand. Fantastic staff and a beautiful spa and pool area. Very warm, especially after being outside in the snow. We just loved everything and will definitely recommend this amazing hotel. What luxury.

It was a great stay.

Our room was very nice and spacious, bed was big and reasonably comfortable. For the first time ever in a hotel, I have seen an offer to choose a pillow of your liking. If you prefer some memory foam, an orthopaedic pillow or some other, they do have 6 different kinds to choose from. The pool and saunas are a great addition to the hotel. We recommend these. They are a fair size considering the size of the hotel. Three different kinds of sauna and a cold bath are available. You are not required to wear a swimming suit or a towel. Breakfast was very good with a wide choice of products. Great sweet breakfast choice with many overnight oats, desserts, yoghurts, freshly baked waffles, etc.

There was no ventilation in the bathroom so it was super steamy there after showers and our swimsuits didn't want to dry.

A bit old but well-maintained. Located on a nice street close to the Zakopane bus terminal and train station, the shopping streets are also nearby after a scenic walk. Staff are helpful and professional. We had to leave early in the morning for a hike and couldnt eat breakfast in the hotel and the staff readily offered to give us packed lunchboxes instead so we could still have our meal on our hike. The lunchboxes were lovely.

The rooms are a bit dusty.
