Nice and friendly staff

I didn't think the value for money is the situation in this hotel, also not sure how is it a 4 Star hotel. I moved to another 4 hotel after and the difference was huge.

Superb

The hotel is the same as on the picture.It is located next to the main road. The breakfast is very delicious. Nice and cleand hotel. Parking is free. Walking street can be reach by taxi (arrond 30 zloty) or by own car. The hotel staff is helpfull. The wellnes part of the hotel is very nice but not so big.

There was a little bit cold in the room and cannot set the temperature higher.

The beds are disaster and horrible they are not comfortable att all speciely the sofa beds .i dont recomeded to go sleep there only the breakfast has good but after that is a horrible hotel . On the photos they show they comfortable but it is very bad

The bed because they have just attached the single beds to make it double but actually the mattress was not comfortable need a queen bed with big mattress

room is clean, nice location, free parking, nice personnel. Good place in general but not enough for a 4 stars in my opinion, indeed the price was less than other 4 stars in this area. I recommend this place if you are OK with a good 3 stars place.

breakfast has a very short choice of sweet options and food is not bad but you can find such breakfast in any 3 stars hotels (there is a wide selection of ham and cheese but no scrambled eggs, and coffee/cappuccino is very very bad, I'm sorry). The spa area is little and not very clan (jacuzi was very dirty). I took a Deluxe room but the room seemed quite standard. The bathroom is basic with not comfortable sink.

The location worked very well for both hiking and access to the downtown area. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Accessible to the downtown and hiking in Tatra National Park. Property was well maintained.

Great location and a bit of nice luxury

- The location is fantastic. Only about 7 minutes drive to Krupowki. - The SPA was great, we had a great 2h private session. - Breakfast and the restaurant food in general was great. - The staff was extremely friendly. - The room was decent and the view from the balcony was really nice.

- The only thing I would say is, that the bed was a bit uncomfortable, a hard matrace. Not really our thing, we like it soft :)

Location - in quiet newborhood, to the center of Zakopane aproximately 10 minutes by car Breakfast - wide range of options, very good quality

Bed - not very comfortable, pillows are very thin and small, when you lie down it is like you don't have any pillow Welness - very small, only small jacuzzi (mac 2 people) and 2 type of small sauna, it was very akward, from 5 pm to 10 pm it was public and I definitely recommend to book this area for private time otherwise it is not very pleasant time spending

Great hotel

Everything was great but in particular the breakfast is absolutely phenomenal, everything was super clean, the room was nicely sized and had everything I needed, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is also great as I was able to hike directly into the national park nearby from the hotel without having to worry about public transport etc
