A home away from home, gorgeous hotel with wonderful staff.

We had a wonderful stay in the Guadlapin Banus, from the moment our taxi arrived at the hotel the staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable staff. The staff were professional friendly and accommodating. The property is also in a prime location and everything is walkable. The room we had was incredibly comfortable and a sun trap with plenty of light and space. I cannot fault the property.

Service & service staff were very professional and great. Verity of food was good, fresh. Your food& beverage manager had done great in food quality & staff training.

I would re- design the room and bathroom in better way to represent the hotel at higher level. I am experienced in this field plus I have 20+ years of experienced in real estate & design in California and I would be happy to assist you in design and some additional feedback. Plus my team can advertise your resort from California as well.

Good location. Old 5* hotel

Breakfast is good. Good service and location.

Dont book halfboards. Dinner not worth it. You can buy it on the day if you dont want to go out. Same price. Bed and room is a bit old. Our room bed has some noisy.

Amazing bday weekend

Great room with a lovely view. Fantastic breakfast variety. The hotel was right by the beach. The facilities were exceptional. I enjoyed our stay. I contacted one of the managers to organize a surprise in the room for my fiance bday and everything went well.
